Due to our seven day lead in pre-booking/appointment scheduling period, that openly affords sufficient notice for prospective clients seeking to secure our services and to decide whether or not to trade with Eye Puppetry Media- no refunds will be granted upon your purchase. 

All payments must be received in full and cleared by Eye Puppetry Media a minimum of five working days prior to our clients receiving their individual scheduled digital online streaming session.
